These terms set out the rules for using the RockitOPS website and the electronic services available through it.

1. Service provider and contact
The service provider is Rockitworks Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Obrzeżna 5, 02-691 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS 0000324694, NIP 5272595984, REGON 141680221, share capital PLN 50,000.

2. Scope of services
The website provides information about RockitOPS, its services and the Rockitworks ecosystem and enables users to submit an enquiry using the contact form.
Website content is provided for general information. It does not constitute a binding offer or legal, organisational or technical advice tailored to a particular situation.
3. Technical requirements
- a device with Internet access and an up-to-date web browser;
- an active email account when using the contact form;
- JavaScript enabled when using the contact form or interactive map; the remaining website content is available without JavaScript;
- electronic services involve common Internet risks, including malware, phishing, interception of data and impersonation. Users should keep their software up to date and exercise caution with suspicious messages and links.
4. Acceptable use
Users must use the website lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with its intended purpose.
- unlawful, abusive or third-party infringing content and malicious code are prohibited;
- users must not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit automated unsolicited messages;
- information submitted through the form should be accurate and relevant to the enquiry.
5. Contact form and electronic service
The contact form and the electronic service are provided free of charge. Users only bear the ordinary Internet access costs charged by their own provider.
An agreement for the electronic service of transmitting an enquiry is concluded when the user selects the submit button after correctly completing the form. The user may discontinue the service before submitting the form by leaving the page or deleting the entered data.
The electronic service is completed and ends when the form is successfully transmitted to the service provider’s system. Submitting the form is voluntary and starts communication about the topic selected by the user.
Submitting the form does not create a commercial agreement for RockitOPS services and does not guarantee that RockitOPS will accept an engagement. Any cooperation terms are agreed separately.
The service provider may decline to respond to messages that are incomplete, unlawful, unrelated to RockitOPS activities or constitute spam.
6. Intellectual property
Website elements, including text, trademarks, logos, graphics, layout and code, are protected by law. Use beyond what is permitted by applicable law requires prior permission from the relevant rights holder.
7. Availability and liability
The service provider aims to keep the website secure and available but may temporarily limit access for technical, security or maintenance reasons.
The service provider is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of general website content without considering the circumstances of a specific organisation, or for external websites linked from the service.
8. Complaints
Comments about the website or electronic services may be sent to office@rockitworks.pl. The message should describe the issue and include details needed to provide a response.
Complaints are reviewed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after a complete submission is received.
9. Final provisions
Polish law applies to use of the website, without limiting mandatory rights granted under the law applicable to a user. These terms may be updated for legal, organisational, technical or service-related reasons. The current version and effective date are published on the website.
